We are looking for a Business Operations Trainee/Intern to play a critical role in Wantedly's business expansion in Singapore. If you are a quick learner, independent, and love to get your hands dirty, we would love to have you over for a chat over coffee! WHAT YOU'LL LEARN The successful candidate will report to, and work closely with the Sales and CS teams to implement the following: - Get involved and hands on with our business operations - Learn the ropes of building a pipeline and managing our CRM to achieve sales objectives as a team - Assist clients in troubleshooting, creating company profiles and job posts for converting and retaining clients - Maintain relationships with clients by providing account management - Provide events and other community building support WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR You get the chance to interact with our international teammates and external stakeholders and delight them! A positive outlook and can-do spirit, outstanding communication skills, good time management and ability to multi-task are what we are looking for.
