MOBY'S was founded in 2017 by Moby, a 6-year old French bulldog living in the East Coast of Singapore, and his Daddy Teemu Kainulainen, the Pack Leader of MOBY’S.
During his free time (which he has a lot), Moby loves to sleep, sleep a bit more and eat. Moby is suffering from juvenile cataract - making him partially blind - however it doesn’t prevent him from enjoying life to the fullest and being a super kind, gentle, obedient and easy-going dog who is proud to be a part of the Singapore pet family.

We are seeking a dependable and driven Customer Success Officer who loves and knows a lot about pets.
- Be the first point of contact with a friendly & professional attitude
- Assist customers in providing solutions and recommendations to their needs
- Process order amendments, delivery instructions, refunds accurately
- Attend to chat, email & phone enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
- Ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned or needed
- Experience in pets (dogs, cats, small pets) preferred
- Central location at 506 Chai Chee Ln (near Bedok Mall)
- Medical expense reimbursement
