This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the founders and start-up team. The candidate will be primarily responsible for managing sales and the leads funnel and coordinating with parents to come up with the best educational solution for students.
Responsibilities
- Interact with potential customers and address questions and concerns through phone, email and internet channels
- Input on marketing and social media plans
- Provide feedback based on customer interactions to improve different aspects of the business including service, training, sales and marketing
- Administrative responsibilities and creating reports as required
- Attractive incentives based on sales targets.
Profile
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-driven and organised
- First hand experience in a customer facing role is an advantage
- A background in the education sector is beneficial but not required.
