With rapid project expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated team players to join our growing team. As a bright Technical Support Engineer, you will provide enterprise-level technical support to our customers.
A background in engineering or IT support is required. The candidate will report to the Project Leads on deployment and maintenance statuses assigned to them. Training will be provided for propriety software with hands-on training.
The candidate will be supporting both deployment and maintenance scopes with support from software developers and other engineers. Mainly onsite support required. Occasional Night works is required based on clients' requirements. Opportunity to work with Government clients and major malls.
You will be responsible for:
• Work with Project Leads on Deployment and Maintenance scopes
• Deployment of propriety software onsite and remotely for various local and overseas clients and partners
• Troubleshooting of propriety software and OS of devices and find the root cause
• Prompt service report
• Routine maintenance report
• Experience with on-site deployment, debugging and customer support
• Min Diploma in Engineering/Information Technology
• Communicate fluently in English - spoken and written
• Excellent teamwork with AGILE task management
• Technical scope (Back-end)
• Strong network setup and debugging
• Windows command line, IIS
• Automated logging, usage report generation and bug reporting
• SQL skills are a bonus
