China State Railway Group Co., Ltd. Key Responsibilities: (1) To work and co-ordinate with design/construction teams for all M&E installation and system requirement matters (2) To attend E&M Co-ordination Meeting and do minutes of meeting (3) To co-ordinate with Civil/BIM-teams and all SWC for station and viaduct CCSM/SEM drawings and submission (4) Ability to read and understand CAD, Revit/Navisworks software services in 3D model is essential (5) Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings (6) Ability to co-ordinate with SWC at site for services installations and resolve site clashes etc (7) Manage in-house E&M sub-contractor’s work to ensure shop drawing and services well co-ordinated to suit sequence and installation (8) To be able to supervise and lead an installation team on E&M services installation in construction environment (9) Co-ordinate the inspection of works by Resident Engineer or Clerk of Works. Key Requirements: - Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and/or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination will be an advantage - 3-5 years experience as E&M Co-ordinator in local in local construction firm/LTA-MRT project - Good knowledge in local standards & requirements - Able to work independently with positive attitude - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Understanding of a design and build contract/project - Possess following Soft Skills : > Excellent communication and interpersonal skill > Able to work under stress and prioritize tasks > Resourceful > Self-motivated with high degree of integrity > Highly Organized > Excellent time management skills > Able to work independently with positive attitude.
