What You'll Be Doing: - Assist logistics Manager with documentation and shipping arrangements - Handle LCL/FCL for import and export processing - Prepare and check all shipping documents to ensure that they are comply with import and export rules and regulation - Manage daily operations and respond to customer inquiries and requests - Process inquiries and send booking confirmations to customers - Liaise and follow up with customers, freight forwarders, carriers, transporters and warehouses. - Liaises with shipping company, customs official, Jurong Port authorities, PSA authorities, transport contractors, and customer to ensure on- time delivery - Track shipment status to ensure on- time delivery - Coordinate cargo transportation with warehouse personnel and transporters - Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required Who We're Looking For: - Candidate must possess at least a diploma in logistics/ transportation, business studies/ administration/ management or equivalent - Able to multi-task, prioritize and time management - Meticulous & detail- oriented, positive attitude, willing to learn and improve work processes - Working hours – 5.5 days (alternative Saturday) - Preferred Singaporean / PR Click on "I'm Interested" to apply now!
