Fortune Food Manufacturing Pte Ltd is looking for individual with positive mindset to join us as QA,QC R&D Executive. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with marketing team to drive new ideas and strategies on new product development • Explore application of new functioning ingredient(s)/ processing technologies • Prepare samples for sensory and evaluation • Provide technical support to product development team • Maintain updated records of work activities: objectives of test, formulas, processing condition, required equipment and equipment setup • Assist in quality audits and prepare audit reports after each factory inspection • Perform QC inspection: incoming, in-process and finished products • Perform microbiological testing on finished products • Perform maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment • Undertake any other duties as assigned by superiors from time to time Requirements • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Food Science & Technology or Chemical Process Technology or equivalent in years of similar working experience • Preferably 1 to 2 years of working experience in food manufacturing industry • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) • Knowledge of GLP and cGMP will be and added advantage • Team player with initiative, drive & good interpersonal skills • Possess positive working attitude Click on "I'm Interested" to apply now!
