Job Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimisation, advertising, events planning etc.)
- Plan and execute initiatives to engage the target audience on all channels (social media, e-mail, website etc.)
- Analyse marketing data (conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Manage and refine the organisation’s social media presence
- Conduct market research studies

Job Requirements:
- Well-organised and detail oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills with attention to detail
- Prior experience in marketing is preferred
- Good understanding of marketing elements (traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/ Social media etc.)
- Experience with graphic designing/paid media and social media will be an advantage
- Creative mindset
