Big Ass Fans is one of the largest manufacturer of energy efficient fans such as High Volume, Low Speed (HVLS) fans and the popular Haiku fan. Since its founding in 1999, Big Ass Fans has sold well over 100,000 fans to more than 127 countries worldwide.
Big Ass Fans is also one of the most innovative maker of energy efficient fans, holding 93 patents and 144 patents pending. The company's LEED Gold certified R&D Laboratory maintains the only large diameter testing facility in the world.
Big Ass Fans manufactures a wide variety of fans, ranging in size from 1.2 to 7.3m. The fans are used in residential, commercial, and industrial applications.

Reporting Line: Sales Manager
BAFCO was founded in 1999. The company’s headquarters are in Lexington, Kentucky, with additional offices in Australia, Singapore and Canada.
We are looking for dynamic and motivated sales professionals to join us. Prior experience in HVAC or consumer electronics market is preferred, though not essential. This position offers the ability to maintain, develop relationships with key customers and manage the promotion and strategic sales. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.

· Responsible to achieve sales target and increase market share
· Actively prospect sales leads and secure potential new clients
· Develop and nurture strong client contacts and positive relationships with key accounts
· Ensure successful sales retention by proactively forging strong relationships with clients
· Manage daily and weekly activities, pipeline, forecasts and closed deals to ensure above quota results based on successful pipeline management
· Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to achieve success and retain existing customer
· Develop a strategic approach to provide smart solutions to customers.
· Singaporean or SPR
· Minimum 1 year of Sales experience
· At least GCE “N”/ “O” Level and above
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Team player, passionate and self-motivated and a results-driven approach
· Possess own vehicle is preferable but not necessary.
