Grace Sagaya is founded by Grace, who is a fitness enthusiast. She believes developing healthy habits can help transform your body for the better. Her passion for fitness has driven her to achieve certifications in Zumba Fitness, POUND, Boogie Bounce Xtreme & STRONG by Zumba. We have dance and workout classes scheduled for everyone to be part of! Two other subsidiaries under Grace Sagaya are: 1) Rhythm In Time 2) Bailey and Whiskey Cafe [upcoming] The up-and-coming Bailey and Whiskey Cafe is named after our lovely fiddos! Are you able to solve challenges quickly and manage a team effectively? If you are keen to meet new people and maintain good relations with customers, we would love to get to know you better! Responsibilities: - Customer service skills to meet and address customers’ requests, demands and concerns. - Manage daily store operations, inventory stock take and effectively allocate resources. - Identify strategies for running the business and attracting customers. - Preparing weekly work schedules for staff. - Maintaining hygiene and sanitisation of the cafe. - Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation Requirements: - Possess fluency in both oral and written English - Service-related experience with managerial capacity is preferred - Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills - Able to work in a fast-paced working environment - Cheerful personality - Excellent team player - Candidates are required to be in Singapore and have existing work permits This is a great opportunity to manage the daily operations of a business while getting the opportunity to meet new people.
