Grace Sagaya is founded by Grace, who is a fitness enthusiast. She believes developing healthy habits can help transform your body for the better. Her passion for fitness has driven her to achieve certifications in Zumba Fitness, POUND, Boogie Bounce Xtreme & STRONG by Zumba. We have dance and workout classes scheduled for everyone to be part of! Two other subsidiaries under Grace Sagaya are: 1) Rhythm In Time 2) Bailey and Whiskey Cafe [upcoming] The up-and-coming Bailey and Whiskey Cafe is named after our lovely fiddos! With the cafe undergoing renovations, we are actively looking for experienced and dedicated staff to form the team! As a new team member

Are you able to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in line with the needs of the business? If you aspire to be a confident communicator while learning the operations of the business, we have something for you! Your responsibilities will include assisting the Founder in the following: - Act as the point of contact between the founder and internal/external clients - Assist the founder in maintaining the business operations - Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence - Handle requests and queries appropriately - Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments - Produce reports, presentations and briefs - Devise and maintain office filing system Requirements: - Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant would be preferred - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - MS Office and English proficiency - Outstanding organisational and time management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload - Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Discretion and confidentiality - Candidates are required to be in Singapore and have existing work permits This is a great opportunity to work closely with the business owner, learn the ropes of the business operations, expand your network of connections and more.
