As a new team member

【Sr. Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis】
Responsibilities:
1. Provide strategic support and advice to senior finance managers and country manager;
2. Lead team to carry out the Financial Planning process of the Japan and Korea market: develop near-term and long-term budget plans, monitor budget implementation to ensure commitments are timely met, carry out variance analysis and update the budget/forecast periodically;
3. Carry out financial performance analysis for the regional business, generate performance improvement proposals to the headquarter and country manager;
4. Responsible for optimizing the practices, policies, programs, procedures and personnel activities of the finance function in the Japanese market;
5. Partner with other business units and provide insightful and quality financial advice to support company’s business decision-making;
6. Lead and manage the Japanese regional FP&A team;
7. Conduct regular industry analysis and Business Intelligence research.
Job Requirements：
1. 7+ years of FP&A or equivalent work experience in content, media or tech industry; solid professional experience in a consulting firm or banking;
2. Track record experience with complex financial planning & analysis;
3. Hard skills: data analysis, financial modeling, and financial analysis;
4. Soft skills: great communication skill, strong logical reasoning and critical thinking;
5. Bachelor’s degree or higher"
