We're looking for detailed and meticulous person to be our Administrative Assistant!
Your duties will be as follow:
Preparation, checking & handling full sets of import/export shipping documents (Invoice / Packing list / BL / AWB, etc)
· Handle day to day operations and transaction in the forwarding area
· Liaising with supplier, forwarder & customer
· Ensure timely dispatch of shipping documents
· Responsible for timely invoicing, verifying supplier cost and shipment report
Requirement:
Well versed with Export Shipping Procedures and Documentation
· Good eye-catching in paperwork, meticulous
· Proficient with MS-Office, MS-Excel
· Ability to prioritize work, well organised, good coordination and follow up skills
· Customer service oriented and able to work independently
· Provide support for ad-hoc administrative duties
