Native English Institute (NEI) is the language learning platform that globalizes business. We use AI to customize learning programs for companies and individuals within those companies. More at www.NE.Institute NEI has grown rapidly over the past 2 years, establishing a solid base that already includes big corporate clients (i.e. IIJ, Sysmex, Sunbridge, Chugai Pharmaceuticals, JCR Pharmaceuticals, Zeria Pharmaceuticals, Aska Pharmaceuticals) Growth to date has been achieved by a non-Japanese salesperson periodically visiting Japan, and through Japanese reseller partnerships.

Required: native-level Japanese, high English competence b2b sales and account management experience sales manager experience digital native entrepreneurial personality strong team player flexibility to work across time zones independent thinker/decision maker passion for English language learning Nice, but not required: pharmaceutical or IT industry experience experience in training business or HR solutions strong connection to upper management or HR in Bio/IT companies experience in a startup or small company leadership role The Country Manager will be the first NEI Japan KK employee and will manage all aspects of Japan operations including establishing and managing new reseller/distributor network, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, restructuring marketing materials.
