As a new team member

Responsibility

1. Drive results through a well-defined sales process that includes documented, repeatable steps while constantly working to improve the pitch
2. Optimize sales pipelines and funnels by identifying areas of opportunity
3. Set team goals and hold individual teammates accountable to targets - accountability means setting clear expectations and supporting your team in achieving them
4. Provide feedback to business operations on ways to streamline sales reps’ workflow and efficiency
5. Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture and 360 feedback
6. Contact service providers to discuss Toby’s value proposition, products and advertising options
7. Provide service providers with onboarding support and advice on growing their business on Toby
8. Build strong relationship with our service providers by understanding their industries and how to best tailor
9. Toby’s solutions that optimize for their ROI
10. Prepare and report sales performance to team including sales planning for upcoming months and identification of new business opportunities

Requirement

1. Min. 3 years of experience in sales or business development and with at least 1 year in supervisory level
2. Play-coach mentality - you understand that you make an impact both through management and leading by example. You’re not afraid to hop on the phone to test out a new script or value proposition to show the team how it’s done
3. Faster learner and intellectually curious – you are interested in learning and diving into how new industries work. You think from the perspective of the service provider and figure out how to best help them be more successful
4. Experience with setting up and using Hubspot or other sales lead management software is preferred
5. Ability to make data-driven decisions and strong initiative to strive for continuous accuracy, quality, and timeliness of information
