Job Description:
- Handle general administrative duties
- Attend to customer enquiries
- Creating and processing invoices and follow up on overdue payment
- Provide ongoing service and sales support to our regular business leasing accounts
- Processing refunds
- Maintain proper record of documents and correspondence
- Prepare and submit all necessary reports and documents as requested by supervisor or Management
- Track and ensure the servicing of all rental car are timely
- Monitor road tax expiry and insurance renewal status of rental vehicles
- Involve, support and provide assistance in all company’s event and functions
- Any other duties as assigned by Manager
Requirements:
- Min. N level
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in administrative roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal skill
- Time management and deadline/outcome focused
- Able to work independently, meticulous, positive attitude and a team player
- Singaporean preferred
- Ready to work
