What you will be doing in this role:
● Receiving order placement from Agent/Sales and confirm orders with correct contents and
required documents then place order to tech team for execution
● Travel Arrangement and Control
● Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in-person meetings
● Responsible for day-to-day management
● General Accounting
● Reconcile payments and receipts to various parties on time
● Manage and develop relationships with tech team, vendors and channel partners
● Manage and organize Trade Shows and exhibition booths
● Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
● Office administration and other operational duties
● Provide support to Operations Manager as and when required

About you:
● Degree Diploma or above of all disciplines with at least 1-year working experience
● Finance/ Accounting background is a plus
● Proactive and is open to working independently
● Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation
● Ability to focus on the designed end goals of the company
● Excellent skills in time management
● Open-minded/ want to learn (hunger for knowledge/ success)
● Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
● Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua is an advantage
● Immediate available is highly preferred
