Villa Francis Home for the Aged was set up to provide inpatient nursing care for the destitute poor and sick, regardless of race or religion. We emphasize the importance of maintaining a positive attitude towards life in spite of ageing and illness and to stay physically, socially, emotionally and spiritually engaged. Villa Francis is currently home to 240 elderly residents.

At Villa Francis, we also believe in working in partnership with various groups in the community, such as private corporations, religious groups, schools, tertiary institutions, SAF, SCDF & the Home Team. They can provide general financial assistance, sponsor an event, or organize on-going programs where their members can also benefit from interacting with our residents.

As a Resident Care Assistant, you will assist in planning and implementing appropriate activities for the residents. You will help to porter them to/from the Ward and activity areas. You will serve meals to the residents, and help to feed those who can't manage on their own. We are open from Monday to Saturday.
