Sarah is our HR and Education Director at Sparkline, she is focused on supporting and developing our people internally and through the growth of our Education programmes we aim to enable and empower the industry through applied knowledge and training.

With regards to Technical skills, we look for analysts that have the ability to:
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
- Gather and process raw data at scale (including writing ETL scripts, scraping webpages, calling APIs, writing SQL queries, etc.)
- Demonstrate experience and capability utilising Marketing Analytics tools across Google Marketing Platform as well as other Industry Prevalent Analytics tools.
- Creative analytical mindset with the ability to think ‘outside of the box’
- Develop key reports, dashboards and presentation decks on measure KPI performances for numerous clients across the digital industry.
- Provide key insights to optimize ROI performance and identify learnings for future ROI
- Support business decisions with ad hoc analysis as needed.
You will have some experience in the field, ideally and have a solid base of foundational technical skills such as basic programming languages, SQL/R/Python would be preferred.
