The Product Lead will be the key go to person. He/She will be leading all efforts from helping to gather all the necessary requirements to ensuring respective modules are fully online and operational. The ideal candidate must work independently to lead whole product development, enjoy working with R&D team who based in China and loves technology. Key Roles and Responsibilities 1. Work with the China technical team to ensure the service and quality of products functions well in Singapore. 2. Provide local insights – identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats relevant for product’s success in Singapore. 3. Evaluating market trends, leverage usability studies, research and market analysis to drive market specific product insights into execution 4. Work closely with business development Manager to develop and define product, setting vision and strategy 5. Design the overall functionality of the actual product, and in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing. 6. Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. 7. Collaborate with other team members and other internal and external stakeholders. Qualification and skills 1. Minimum 5 years working experience in technology company. 2. Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field 3. Deep mobile app developing experience including best practices, customer targeting and segmentations. 4. Possess knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies. 5. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders. 6.
