We are looking for enthusiastic bridal consultant specialist. This is a fun and rewarding job in which you are able to assist customers coming in for wedding related needs or other special occasions. Some customer service experience is required, however, please be highly motivated, good at multitasking, reliable & responsible, patient and have excellent customer service. Job Qualifications:- Bilingual preferred (English-Mandarin)
- Minimum 1 years sales experience, preferably fashion/retail related
- Open availability needed: 6 days a week
- Singaporean/PR/WP
- Female due to the nature of the work in assisting the changing of gowns fro brides to be
- Must be fun, energetic and excellent at multitasking.
Job Responsibilities:
- Style brides at all times help them find the perfect gown, shoes, veil and accessories.
- Scheduling of appointment
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Answer phone calls. return calls, follow up with existing customers.
- Should be punctual and dress professionally.
