We can support you in digitalizing and operating your Finance, HR, Board Services and Corporate Events Management functions so you can focus on your business.
You will be responsible for managing the entire suit of corporate secretarial duties of our clients such as planning, organizing and/or attending Shareholders, Board and Board Committee Meeting; preparation of standard and ad hoc board resolutions; preparation of minutes of meetings; ensuring clients’ compliance with corporate governance and statutory requirements for both local and offshore entitles; assisting in the lodgement of documents with ACRA and providing other corporate secretarial administrative duties.
This position requires you to attend the various meetings of the Clients, hence you will be required to deliver the minutes of meetings within the required timeframe.
• You should preferably have a Degree in Law or Business Administration or an ICSA holder and have a good understanding of the Singapore Companies Act and related regulatory policies.
• You should be meticulous, independent and possess strong written and communication skills.
• You must have the ability to prioritize, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle clients professionally.
