Classique Aromatics creates flavours for F&B manufacturers. We work with customers to customise flavours for their products, such as snacks, candy, bakery, drinks etc.

The job will involve testing of flavours in various food applications (e.g. baking cupcakes, making drinks), QC/QA of flavours and raw materials, as well as flavour compounding and sampling. As part of QC/QA, there will be preparation of technical documentation, as well as maintenance and upkeep of the flavour applications laboratory. Career prospects for the position would include Senior Food Technologist, Flavours Applications Manager, Technical Manager, and Technical Director. Both fresh graduates or one with 1-3 years of work experience are welcome to apply. Background in Food Science (Poly Diploma or University graduates) required.
