The Marketing & Sales Operations Executive reports to the company founder and director (ex-eCommerce Architect at Razer and ex-Digital Marketing Manager at Unilever) and plays a key role in our digital marketing and sales enablement process. Our outreach activities for our User Experience (UX) design education programs via our marketing channels include, our email list, Facebook (B2C), LinkedIn (B2B) and YouTube page. This is a role suitable for those who aspire to learn about content marketing and business development in a fast moving technology-enabled Education startup.
The executive may be required to manage freelance specialists for specific tasks and must have a strong interest in content marketing or brand marketing.
The executive will be involved in:
+ Executing the B2B and B2C marketing strategy through our marketing channels using inbound and direct response marketing principles
+ Digital marketing operations (primarily organic and inbound)
+ Sales enablement.
+ Free access to our monthly virtual training course on UX design and video learning
+ Free access to LinkedIn Learning and Udemy courses that are beneficial to your duties
+ Work from home at least two days a week
+ Work in CBD area (post-COVID), near Outram Park MRT, in a Private Member's Club.
Competencies to be acquired under SGTraineeship:
+ Learning B2B and B2C marketing/sales process from prospect (awareness) to customer (conversion) through the lens of an education/training company that serve adult learners and FORTUNE 500 companies (e.g. Prudential)
+ Customer Acquisition Management

+ Writing of Advertising Copy
+ Social Media Marketing
+ Social Media Management
+ Event Planning & Management
+ Business Development
