As a new team member


The Customer Support Team is the face of the company, the direct link to the customer, and therefore crucial in the success of the company. As a passionate team member, you will be fully responsible for marking customers happy, constantly amaze team and ensure the best customer experience. You will encounter numerous various situations making every single day different than the previous one.
- Handle customer inquiries from channels of phone, online chatroom, email and social media, and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with our Partners
- Assist team leader in projects to enhance user experience
- Work closely with operation and product team to optimize existing workflow and user journey


- Degree holder or tertiary educated
- Good communication skill in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Enthusiastic, self-initiated and be always cheerful
- Fresh graduates are welcomed

We offer 5-day week (shift duty on weekends required), 15 days annual leave, birthday leave, bank holidays, medical insurance (inclusive of dental care).
