Working as a Sales & Admin Role at Alangkaar is dynamic. You‘ll be able to acquire broad sales skill sets and see sales strategies in action. We are looking for talents capable of taking on responsibilities in a fast-moving environment. If you are interested in marketing, new technologies, entrepreneurship, or simply looking for new challenges, apply now! WHAT YOU'LL DO Client Outreach: - Identifying and scheduling meetings with prospective clients in Singapore - Prepare quotations and schedule follow up calls - Professionally handle the volume of inquiries from clients - Liaise with internal departments to ensure the solution meet customer requirements - Build and maintain excellent relationship with customers as well as to provide excellent customer service to strengthen customer loyalty - Provide after sales support including service performance review, process improvement etc - Handle ad hoc projects as required - Help customers for Gown trying - Handle other ad-hoc tasks. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Languages: English (Malay & Chinese is a plus) - Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with creativity, initiative, negotiation, good management, and problem-solving skills - Pleasant personality, energetic, dynamic, independent, and self-motivated - Strong project management and coordination able to work under pressure - Singaporean or pass holder preferred What We Promise We’re committed to the continuous development of our employees, using our learning to shape the future.
