WHAT YOU'LL DO
Client Outreach:
- Identifying and scheduling meetings with prospective clients in Singapore
- Prepare quotations and schedule follow up calls
- Professionally handle the volume of inquiries from clients
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure the solution meet customer requirements
- Build and maintain excellent relationship with customers as well as to provide excellent customer service to strengthen customer loyalty
- Provide after sales support including service performance review, process improvement etc
- Handle ad hoc projects as required
- Help customers for Gown trying
- Handle other ad-hoc tasks.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Languages: English (Malay & Chinese is a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with creativity, initiative, negotiation, good management, and problem-solving skills
- Pleasant personality, energetic, dynamic, independent, and self-motivated
- Strong project management and coordination able to work under pressure
- Singaporean or pass holder preferred
