We are hiring a Helpdesk Support Officer for the midnight shift. In this role, we look to you to provide Helpdesk Support for all our clients' call-in inquiries to our hotline. You will receive and facilitate phone calls with our clients calling in to Teleport Asia Pacific from across the region, including from China. Because of this requirement, we are seeking bilingual candidates who are effective in both English and Mandarin.
It is a bonus if you have a strong understanding gained from prior experience in the Hotel Front Office or Reservations Department, and also hospitality/transportation logistics call centre or customer care line.
For all our candidates, we are looking for someone who possesses a positive mental attitude, and Singaporean/PR candidates preferred.
Please note that the nature of the job are as follows:
-Midnight shift (approximately 10pm to 8am)
-5-day work week including weekends
-Rotating shifts will be assigned
-Home-based set up (i.e. remote work from home)
