Hi everyone, I am YenCheng x Raye x Hiko! Why do I have three names? Because I am a Taiwanese designer who has studied in Japan and the United States, I like to try new things and challenge myself. The interest is travel and photography. The specialty is ui/ux and graphic design and doing Youtube.

In the future, I'm looking forward to becoming a global person us a UI/UX Designer, and do the global project as a team. Especially, doing the business in Chinese, English and also Japanese. Learning never stops, SAFE IS NOT SAFE ANYMORE. AS THE WORLD RUN SO FAST.

WelcomeHR product
I'm the design director of the WelcomeHR product, I start to do WelcomeHR project from 0 with the Motify team on Feb 2019 in Tokyo. My role was to research, do some interview, UI/UX design, in the UX part do the (Persona, User Interview, Solution Ideas, Problem, Design Function, Wireframe, Final Prototype and do the User Testing), Web design, create Video, motion graphic and graphic design. I start research on how to figure it the HR Onboarding problem.
