THE ROLE: 1. Plan and conduct food safety and hygiene inspection to ensure operation comply with the food safety & quality management system 2. Plan and conduct the ISO/HACCP internal audits 3. Compile and following up the hygiene inspection/internal audit findings, ensuring that the non-conformance is rectified within the stipulated period 4. Recommend and monitor the corrective and preventive actions to be taken 5. Plan and coordinate for monthly sample collection and perform hand swab and equipment swab test 6. Monitor, compile and analyse test results 7. Conduct investigations for satisfactory test results if any, and provide the root cause and corrective action to be taken 8. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues 9. Conduct quality verification on returned goods objectively to determine the outcome of the returned goods 10. Prepare and submit the monthly QA management report 11. To support audits conducted by regulatory inspectors or by customers 12. Any ad hoc duties assigned by superior THE IDEAL CANDIDATE 1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Food Technology/Nutririon/Dietetics or other related fields. 2. At least 3 to 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 3. Required Skill(s): Computer skills 4. Have good grasp of ISO/HACCP 5.
