We are seeking a proactive and diligent customer-oriented undergraduate who is interested to be part of an SME-type start up. While there is nothing fancy about our business, our industry is one of the 4 main pillars (衣,食,住,行) of what every person needs - STAY. This is a Front Desk Officer cum Concierge job function, and that is majority what the internship will entail during your summer break. What you'll be doing: - Assisting with corporate sales - Assisting with B2B and B2C marketing - Managing Front Desk and Concierge service operations - Oversee operations including housekeeping representatives Prepare to get your hands dirty because you will get direct hands-on experience on what it takes to operate a hospitality business. As a homegrown and family business, we are lean and able to multi-task to support one another, and most importantly, translate this into our Guests' experiencing their stay with us like their own home.
