This is a full-time permanent customer service role where you will be facing students that are coming into our design & arts school in Singapore ( https://www.madschool.edu.sg/arts-design-school-singapore ) and expected to do simple admin tasks. Do take note that this is a position that requires you to work on shift (retail hours) on weekdays and some Saturday mornings*. The duties include but not limited to: 1. Prepare Receipts/Invoices/Contract etc. 2. Students Affairs/Welfare/Customer Service. 3. Conduct Evaluations. 4. Communications with Students on issues like payment/Class Schedule/attendance etc. 5. Reception Duties. 6. Supporting Finance/Academic & Sales Department on various issues. 7. Purchase of Stationery & Office management. 8. Preparation for new classes. 9. Classrooms preparations. 10.
