What You'll Be Doing:
• Maintain and update database
• Assist with back-end paperwork
• Answer queries from clients
• Maintain and schedule appointments
• Manage office supplies
• Support events planning
• Compiling reports and documents
• Miscellaneous tasks to support the employer
Who We're Looking For:
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Minimum 1 year commitment
- Able to speak Mandarin
- Singaporean/ Singapore PR
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8 hours per day
