You will be reporting to the Head of B2C under The Drinkery's Thirsty retail business unit. Your portfolio will be to build, run and develop our retail events and events catering business. We are currently already running a monthly warehouse sale at our warehouse and one of your first tasks will be to take charge, build and scale that up. This is a role that requires the right blend of business, marketing, sales, event and project management skills.
Some examples of work you will be doing:
➡ Organise, coordinate, set up, manage, run, serve and grow direct sales events (monthly warehouse sale, pop-up events)
➡ Create, plan and execute sales tactics and marketing campaigns that would drive traffic to your events, increase revenue and maximise profits
➡ Scout, negotiate and secure new venues or locations to conduct pop-up sales
➡ Build, sell and organise beer catering packages to corporate or private events
➡ Analyse, interpret, report and act on data to discover insights that you can use to make effective business decisions
