Job Responsibilities: • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.) • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties • Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc) • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude • Strong ethics and reliability
