PAZZION is strengthening our online presence in China and we are actively seeking for an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to lead a new E-Commerce / Digital Marketing team. The candidate is responsible for the strategy and management of all Digital Marketing and E-Commerce activities on all digital platforms for the China market. He/she will report directly to our Director based in Singapore Headquarter.
RESPONSIBILITES
Digital Marketing
• Manage a team and be responsible for all day-to-day operational aspects of all online marketplaces and website, brand's social media channels, including content publishing, user experience, order fulfilment, customer service
• Responsible and developing overall digital marketing strategy to sustain top of mind brand recall and affinity among target group.
• Constantly keeping up with technology advances in the fashion and retail industry and constantly exploring and evaluating emerging digital marketing/e-Commerce opportunities
• Provide insights through data analysis to translate consumer behaviours into actionable business data to establish new revenue possibilities and to build a profitable and scalable marketing strategy
• Own and manage all of brand's social media channels and social media campaigns to build strong brand affinity and visibility locally and worldwide
• Cultivate relationships with bloggers / influencers locally and worldwide to extend brand influence
E-Commerce
• Manage and oversee e-commerce website development and content management (product catalogue, content write-ups, visuals)
• Conceptualise and manage online marketing campaigns and communications, to build brand loyalty and engage customers
• Lead an efficient and structured process to maintain high level data integrity within the CRM database and communications infrastructure to transform customer data into actionable insights to drive intelligent customer engagement
• Manage brand presences on third-party ecommerce platforms locally and worldwide to maximise brand exposure and profits
• Excellent management of order fulfilment and China stock availability in coordination with the logistics team and general management
REQUIREMENTS
• University degree preferably in E-commerce, Business, Marketing or Digital Marketing
• At least 3-5 years of experience managing a digital / e-commerce team and with 5-8 years of working experience in E-commerce, Marketing or Digital Marketing for the China market
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking associates
• Extensive knowledge of latest digital trends on different China social media and e-commerce platforms and best practices in E-commerce / Digital Marketing
• Strong analytical skills with solid knowledge of digital analytics tools, SEM/SEO and data-driven thinking
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising sound digital campaigns
