Dorothy Yiu is a co-founder of Singapore-based startup EngageRocket, an employee feedback and analytics software creating greater workplaces.
EngageRocket was founded by CheeTung Leong and Dorothy Yiu in 2016. Before founding the company from 2011 to early 2016, they led the Southeast Asia division of a global research & consulting company as Regional Director and Head of Operations respectively.

The People Science Intern will partner with customer success and people science team in developing content in the field of employee engagement, organisational behaviour and development. You will deep dive into data and research to translate relevant insights into consumable content for our customers and our marketing team.
You are an excellent communicator with a passion for making an impact. You are comfortable with research, writing and create content on PowerPoint.

• Technical aptitude and/or ability to learn new technology concepts quickly
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Keen interest in organisational behaviour and development
