As a Performance Media Buyer for Wewe Media, you’ll be responsible for running performance-marketing ad campaigns on paid digital channels (Facebook, Google Ads). Your goal will be to deliver excellent ROAS and improve performance through constant optimization. You will be given the opportunity to manage media buying budgets of over $1m per month, and deliver results to businesses generating millions of dollars in annual revenue. To be seriously considered for the role, we are looking for the following traits: * Singapore citizenship or Permanent Residence * Minimum 1 year media buying experience with verifiable results (Facebook, Google Ads) * Coachable, willing to learn and re-learn what you thought you knew * A growth mindset, consciously competent yet candidly open * Detail-oriented, results driven, with very strong analytical skills * Experience with Ecommerce products, and Lead Gen campaigns * Experience with competitor research, building avatars, copywriting angles, email campaigns, landing page split testing, analytics (GA, or others), funnel testing and lifetime value strategies. * Strong communications skills - good level of written and verbal English * Proficient in Microsoft Excel What this role entails: * Planning and managing large-scale media campaigns on paid digital channels (Facebook, Google Ads) * Delivering excellent ROAS of all marketing activities and have the creative ability to constantly improve performance * Creating appealing ads by writing and working closely with graphic designers and the team * Optimizing marketing campaigns constantly via data and user activity * Learning the latest trends, opportunities and learning in online marketing ABOUT US Born out of sunny Singapore since 2013, Wewe Media Group is a leading performance marketing company.
