Requirements: Bachelor Degree or any equivalent 3-5 years of experience processing payroll in Singapore. Prior experience with Singapore payroll/expenses and related tax filings a must Experience with Ministry of Manpower & IRAS payroll requirements Well organized with attention to detail required. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multi-national team Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet tight deadlines Proficient in MS Office (Word,Powerpoint, Advance Excel)and Payroll System Excellent written and verbal communication skills Singaporean/PR’s ONLY It would be essential for the Payroll Specialist to have a strong background and demonstrate the key skills required: Ability to meet deadlines in tax filing and other reports High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency Excellent problem solving/analytical skills Ability to continue to update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities where appropriate; reading industry professional publications Ability to review and accurately process Singapore payroll Assist with proxying time and expenses for payroll Review time and payroll expenses in time keeping system Assist and prepare employee year-end tax filings and tax clearance with IRAS Responsible for payroll questions and discrepancies Serve as interface between Singapore Operations and GATE Corporate office for payroll related issues Responsible for adhering to GATE policies and procedures in a positive manner
