What you'll be doing:
Lead generation and prospecting of clients
● Selling products to our prospective customers globally
● Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
● Monitor sales metrics and assist with the entire sales administration process
● Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
● Discovering affiliate strategies, experimenting with referral schemes and partnership channels for sales
● Liaise with product and tech about using customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or
products
● Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
Who we're looking for:
● Fluent in English. Additional language experience in Mandation, Japanese or Korean is a plus.
● Prior sales experience preferred (B2B in particular)
● Prior startup experience or experience at a boutique firm is strongly preferred
● Previous compliance/finance/blockchain experience is a big plus
You should have:
● Sales experience
● A creative problem solver, results driven and self-motivated
● Possesses a resilient personality and reacts well under pressure
● High emotional intelligence. Strong influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to operate with tact and diplomacy to achieve a desired outcome. Able to gain commitment and confidence from teams who are not direct reports
● Well organised with the ability to prioritise workload and use time effectively
● Ability to handle changing requirements and unforeseen problems rapidly and positively
