Someone with at least 3 years of experience as a Creative Producer or Producer-Director, with a portfolio of diverse professional projects. Someone who pays attention to detail and has excellent time prioritization skills. A growth-seeking individual and team-player (professionally and personally) who takes responsibility for their successes and failures. Someone with a good sense of empathy, who connects easily with individuals from all walks of life in order to move teams and projects forward together. Someone confident of leading junior teammates towards the creation of excellent work. *What Will You Be Taking Charge Of?* Providing clear direction and timely communication between the various stakeholders and departments to ensure the effective running and completion of projects. Maintaining quality control and ensuring projects are progressing based on up-to-date specifications throughout the project life cycle. Developing and presenting ideas, concepts and visual references for pitches. Managing project budgets and ensuring projects are consistently delivered within budget. Managing all stages of pre-production to post-production, including research, casting, location sourcing, scheduling and engaging of freelancers. Pre-interviewing profiles, researching and scriptwriting. Directing talents and production crew on small and medium-scale shoots. Contributing to the development and execution of systems and best practices.
