Unleash your potential as our Sales Manager! You will be: • Managing organizational corporate sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls. • Meeting planned & targeted sales goals. • Supervising and setting individual sales targets with the sales team. • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team. • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation. • Developing sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education. • Promoting the organization and products. We're looking for someone with: • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. • At least 3 years experience in planning and implementing sales strategies, customer relationship management. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Good leadership skills Let's chat!
