Our online portal allows businesses to browse through available spaces needs from short-term pop-up stores, to long-term retail spaces, as well as different occasions including bazaars, event and fairs, shared spaces, mobile space and retail spaces. Since we started in 2010, our team have developed and grown Three Key brands: Fleawhere, Flashbang and Artbox Singapore. We have organised over thousands of pop-up events across Singapore and are looking to bring this further, globally.

Responsibilities: You will assist in setting-up of events, providing on-site assistance and coordination and taking vendors’ attendance and ensure that all vendors abide to the terms & conditions. You will also handle vendors’ enquiries and ensure that the place is kept neat and tidy. You are needed to be present at the event venue during their working hours at all times and take pictures of the event such as close-up products’ photos, photos of vendors and photos of the overview of the event. You will also help in troubleshooting on-site problems. Requirements: You must have good attitude and take initiative. You must also be able to solve vendors’ enquiries and problems effectively. We are on the search for someone who has excellent communication and crowd control skills. We would love someone who is able to commit weekends and/or OT for a minimum of 5 hours per day unless stated otherwise.
