Jasmine Seow

Jasmine received her BSc in Business from SIM-UOL before eventually joining Invade Industry as their pioneer staff in 2011. She had previously kick-started and spear-headed one of the first pop-up concept store, Space Invasion in Singapore. Leveraging on Space Invasion’s database, Jasmine had successfully spun a series of Space Invasion Mega Sale which had attracted up to 45,000 shoppers till date. Jasmine is also responsible for working with the management team in defining and implementing training, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, benefits etc.

We are a retail content activation company. "We bring spaces to ideas, ideas to spaces." In a transient and mass-produced world, we seek to create spaces of potential that deliver uniquely immersive experiences of real value and authenticity so our customers leaves us feeling engaged and fulfilled. Founded by Kent Teo, INVADE is Singapore’s first ever real-time retail booking system that allows businesses to rent and list their space in an efficient manner. OUR VISION To be a platform for the bold, the creative and the entrepreneurial and help them grow, connect, and collaborate. Invade, we create spaces of potential. How we do

Our online portal allows businesses to browse through available spaces needs from short-term pop-up stores, to long-term retail spaces, as well as different occasions including bazaars, event and fairs, shared spaces, mobile space and retail spaces. Since we started in 2010, our team have developed and grown Three Key brands: Fleawhere, Flashbang and Artbox Singapore. We have organised over thousands of pop-up events across Singapore and are looking to bring this further, globally.

As a new team member

Calling all HR & Admin fanatics looking to grow their experience in the field! We're looking for a HR & Administration Intern. What you'll be doing: You will assist the Head of Administration in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations activities. You will also help to maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records. You will get the opportunities to manage and participate in the recruitment and selection process (eg. advertisement placement, arranging of interviews, etc) of the company. Other tasks may include handling monthly Payroll processing, assisting in administration of annual performance appraisals, preparing appointment letter and conducting staff orientation. Apart from HR-related tasks, you would get a chance to participate in organising company staff activities and assist in ad-hoc finance related projects! Who you are: If you are strong at multi-tasking, able to meet deadlines & work effectively under pressure, possess strong organisational skills & pay close attention to details and able to meet deadlines & work effectively under pressure, you are the one we are looking for. You must also be proficient in MS Office applications. Free up your weekends as well as we would require someone who is able to commit weekends and/or OT at times!
