Piloto Asia, a fast-growing regional Accounting, Corporate Secretarial and Consulting firm (www.pilotoasia.com), is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as a Manager, Strategy & Partnership
About the Role
Partnership Building & Strategy (50%): You will work closely with business director in Singapore to identify key growth areas such as building strategic partners from auditors, local and foreign CPA, boutique lawyers, corporate bankers, property agents, immigration consultants, co-working partners and more with the ultimate goal of bringing in new business. Face-to-face meeting with partners, presenting to targeted audience, and collaboration with internal marketing team to brand-up the company will be expected. As a member of the front office, you will be involved in designing the company’s growth strategy, such as target client groups or services, and defining an effective pricing strategy. Travel within SEA would be required as the business sees fit.
Sales and Customer Relationship Management (50%): You will be responsible for handling lead enquiries and you shall possess strong people skills with the ability to understand clients’ business issues and recommend consulting solutions accordingly. An active role is expected in maintaining existing client relationships. You would be expected to hit business revenue targets as mutually agreed with company management commensurate with your compensation.

Core Requirements:
Growth mentality: You have a growth focus and a positive mentality looking for breakthrough in strategy, processes or structures. Self-motivated and can-do attitude. You are part of a small team and strong involvement is expected across functions. Prior experience in small but high-growth team a plus.
Sales and Language skills: Prior client-facing experience is compulsory and fluency in both English and Mandarin is expected. Spoken Bahasa is an added advantage. Previous B2B experience favorable.
Qualifications: Any discipline with 5 years+ of relevant sales or business development experience required. Domain knowledge in accounting, corporate services an advantage but not necessary.
