Our online portal allows businesses to browse through available spaces needs from short-term pop-up stores, to long-term retail spaces, as well as different occasions including bazaars, event and fairs, shared spaces, mobile space and retail spaces.
Since we started in 2010, our team have developed and grown Three Key brands: Fleawhere, Flashbang and Artbox Singapore.

If you have a passion for doing sales, marketing and creating relationships with people, we want YOU! You will need to identify and reach out to potential customers for venue and workspaces, potential sponsors, potential partners and collaboration partners for events in art gallery and auditorium. You will have to work on leads, referrals and sponsorship proposals, conduct tours and sales meetings for prospective members, strenghten pitches and decks and close deals for venue, workspaces, sponsorships and collaborations alongside completing paperwork and handing-over to community team. You are needed to work with marketing to ideate, propose campaigns and co-own marketing efforts with marketing team. You will have the chance to work on special projects and bring them to launch within budget, timeline and objectives to expand MOX and increase MOX's value. You are needed to conceptualise and co-plan BRAVE SDW and BRAVE. Lastly, you will be updating tracking sheets and presenting results in weekly townhall!
For this role, we would require you to have at least 1 year of experience in customer sales or business development role in any of the following; co-working space, event agency, exhibition company, creative agency/ marketing agency, real estate management company like Savills, Knight Frank, Far East or Capitaland. We would also require you to be experienced in managing corporate social media campaigns and written content generation in a business environment. Of course, basic graphic design skills are a plus! We want people with a passion for the entrepreneurial community and possess good analytical, decision-making, time management and communication/presentation skills. We need you to have knowledge of market research, business making and negotiating principles. You must be able to commit weekends and/or OT.
