Our online portal allows businesses to browse through available spaces needs from short-term pop-up stores, to long-term retail spaces, as well as different occasions including bazaars, event and fairs, shared spaces, mobile space and retail spaces.

If you have the ability to create and craft business plans, decks, portfolios and proposals efficiency and are able to develop new businesses and opportunities through networking and establish long term working relationships, we want you!
You'll need to present proposals to prospective stakeholders and provide after engagement support, resolve issues and negotiate agreements and business proposals and maintain tidy record of sales and customer management. You'll also review communications channel with marketing department and keep track and assist in chasing of A/R. You'll also need to come up with content, do the research and eventually conceptualisation!
Our requirements are at least 1 year of experience in sales, business development or account executive role for any of the following; event agency, exhibition company, creative agency/ marketing agency, real estate management company like Savills, Knight Frank, Far East or Capitaland.
You should also possess creative thinking and good PR skills, as well as analytical, decision-making and good time management skills. You should also have knowledge of market research, business making and negotiating principles. We also want someone who is passionate, driven and has excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
