The Opportunity - You are looking to build valuable connections and work closely with brilliant folks from the tech industry - You want to be part of an ambitious, fast-moving team - You want to develop your ability to work with founders and senior management of corporates - You want to gain solid exposure into the VC / tech ecosystem Job Description - Provide Program support to portfolio companies: - Administration of business benefits - Creation and management of feedback loop - Work closely with Operations Lead on developing robust Blockchain-based strategies with founders - Liaise with founders on Accelerator events to ensure smooth flow of their day-to-day involvement in the program Provide Operational support to Program & Operations Lead: - Participate in Program design and iteration process - Co-plan and management of Operations timeline - Coordinate and execute world class global events - Liaise with internal stakeholders on program requirements - Work closely with Design team on planning and coordination of collaterals - Support administrative tasks associated with the varied nature of the role Experience - Operational experience in Startups, Corporates or Accelerators/Incubators (Preferred) - Degree Holder (Preferred) Skills Required: - Exceptional and effective verbal and communication skills - Strong understanding of Operation flows - Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at the same time - Comprehensive understanding of the tech ecosystem. - Understanding of blockchain (good to have) What we’re looking for in you: - Passionate about creating value in the Tech/Startup ecosystem - Self-motivated and results oriented - Ability to adapt quickly to changing workloads and responsibilities - Keen eye for detail - Strong problem solving skills - Resourcefulness - Based full-time in Singapore About Tribe Accelerator Tribe Accelerator is the first Singapore government supported blockchain accelerator, championing to be a neutral platform in driving collaboration and growth of the blockchain ecosystem.
