How we do

blu provides a full suite of retail logistics services, from warehousing and inventory management to order fulfilment to last-mile delivery. Through our highly automated, end-to-end solutions, retailers can achieve greater synergies and focus on delivering the best brand experiences. For last-mile delivery, blu has one of the largest automated parcel terminal networks in Singapore. Shoppers can collect on-the-go, from any bluPort, at their convenience. No more waiting for parcels (or missed deliveries) ever again!

As a new team member

The Executive, Operations Support will be part of a team that handles all operational queries and movements. The candidate must be able to respond to stakeholders with proper knowledge and understanding of the workflow, and, simultaneously coordinate with internal team. The candidate must be able to build sustainable relationship and trust with the stakeholders to ensure fruitful working relationships. Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries verbal and non – verbally Efficiently handle customer issues and engage them accordingly Ensure timely and effective communication with customers and internal team Work with other teams to coordinate efficient execution of business tasks Use of different tools to keep records up – to – date Co- ordinate with internal team for timely execution of customer requests Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a communications/customer care related role and/or operations support role Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self - motivated, eager to learn and flexible Ability to multi – task, prioritize and manage time effectively Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Willingness to learn and be challenged A strong command of the English language
