This role requires planning of technology projects, managing the team of IT professionals, implementing technology security and the execution of all technology-related tasks and initiatives. The role envisages working with the IT team to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. The role will coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible in all respects. KEY DELIVERABLES • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility • Ensure resource availability and allocation • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques • Report and escalate to management as needed PERSON PROFILE • Ability to read and speak Chinese in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates • Proven project management and organizational skills in technology environment • A PMP certification • Proven project management and organizational skills in technology environment • Organized, creative and innovative mindset • Strong process orientation • Strong people management and mentoring skills • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
