Mabey Ski is looking for an enthusiastic skier or snowboarder to join their small team of 3 for the 2019/20 season. Have you got at least four weeks of ski resorts knowledge under your belt? Do you want to put your knowledge of the resorts and the ski industry to full use? Have you got an excellent phone manner and could you talk about your passion for snowsports all day? Do you want to become the ultimate expert on skiing and snowboarding and help us redefine ski holidays? THE COMPANY Mabey Ski is a travel experience company specialising in bespoke ski and snowsport holidays. Our immersive trips are designed in collaboration with each guest for a tailormade blend of luxury and discovery. Through inside knowledge and expertise, we’ve created an exciting new style of winter holiday that offers far more than just slopes and a ski pass. We inspire our guests to discover the real heartbeat of a location through its local culture and experiences, as well as offering them access to our hand-picked collection of chic hotels and stylish apartments. THE ROLE This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative, forward-thinking travel experience company based in a co-working office in the city. Our travel consultants are passionate about snowsports, highly experienced, sociable, target-driven and customer-focused. As a ski specialist, you will be the first point of contact for guests booking snowsports holidays to Japan and New Zealand. Using your sales skills and experience within the ski world, you will convert enquiries into bookings making sure that agreed targets are achieved whilst maintaining the company’s high standard of customer service. It is imperative that you are a keen skier or snowboarder who’s looking for an exciting new challenge. Please do not apply for this role unless you have ski or snowboard experience.
